Yes. We stock trade-grade materials and supplies used by flooring installers and refinishers, chosen for consistency, performance and jobsite reliability.
What are your hours?
All six stores are open by 7 AM on weekdays, and Marietta opens at 6:30 AM. Weekdays close at 4 PM. Lawrenceville, Marietta and Norcross are open Saturdays 7 AM–12 PM. All stores are closed Sundays.
Do you offer delivery or shipping?
Yes. Local curbside delivery is available within 50 miles of any of our six stores; materials are delivered to the curb or driveway, and unloading is not included. We can also ship orders farther away. Call your store for delivery or shipping options and costs.
What is your return policy?
Free returns within 30 days on in-stock items that are unopened, unused and in the original packaging. No questions asked, with same-day refunds at any of our six stores, so you can return leftovers near your next job.
Days 31–90 carry a 35% restocking fee; after 90 days, sales are final. Special-order items (marked *** on the invoice) can't be returned. Bring your invoice. Read the return policy
Do you offer contractor credit accounts?
Yes, through Capital One Trade Credit. Approved accounts get a revolving line for in-store purchases with monthly statements. Approval, limits and terms are set by Capital One. Apply for credit
Can you hold materials for me?
Yes, on stocked items. Sales orders lock pricing and availability for 7 days, after which the order may be voided. Different terms apply to special-order items or items marked ***.
